Common
How do I choose the right size?
Measure chest girth (behind front legs), neck girth, and—for joint braces—the limb circumference above the joint. If you’re between sizes, pick the larger size and fine-tune with the adjusters. The fit is right if you can slide two fingers between strap and fur.
Can my dog wear a brace all day?
Start with 30–60 minutes, observe skin and gait, then increase gradually. Remove at night and during long crate time. Follow your veterinarian if there’s a medical diagnosis.
Can my dog run or swim with the brace/harness?
Introduce running gradually on flat ground. Swimming depends on the model—avoid prolonged soaking for metal stays or hook-and-loop heavy designs. Check the product page for “water-ready” models.
What materials do you use? Are they skin-friendly?
Common materials: nylon/polyester webbing, breathable mesh, neoprene/EVA padding, zinc-alloy or POM buckles. Contact us if your dog has known sensitivities; hypoallergenic liners can be arranged for OEM orders.
How do I help a dog accept a new brace?
Pair short sessions with treats/praise; put on → treat → walk briefly → remove → treat. Increase duration daily if gait and skin look normal.
Post-Sales Service
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Sample lead time [7–14] days.
What’s the MOQ and can we mix sizes/colors?
Mixed sizes in a carton are supported. For OEM colors/logos, MOQ may be higher.
Do you provide private-label & packaging?
Yes—woven labels, heat-transfer/screen logos; retail boxes, insert cards, barcodes/UPC, instruction leaflets, and Prop 65 warning labels if required.
Quality Control
What does your QC flow look like?
IQC Incoming: webbing, mesh, buckles checked for spec & color.
IPQC In-line: stitch density, seam alignment, stress-point bartacks.
OQC Final: AQL [2.5/4.0] per ISO 2859-1, label/size verification, sharp-edge & buckle function check, random fit test on forms.
Can you follow our retailer audit or QA manual?
Yes. We can adopt your checkpoints, carton drop tests, barcode formats, and pre-shipment inspection forms.
What factory certifications do you hold?
[BSCI/SMETA/ISO 9001 – available or in progress]. Share your audit requirements and we’ll align.
How do you handle defects and continuous improvement?
RMA data feed into CAPA/8D analysis; root cause → corrective & preventive actions → effectiveness check.
