Common
How do I choose the right size?
Measure chest girth (behind front legs), neck girth, and-for joint braces-the limb circumference above the joint. If you’re between sizes, pick the larger size and fine-tune with the adjusters. The fit is right if you can slide two fingers between strap and fur.
Can my dog wear a brace all day?
Start with 30-60 minutes, observe skin and gait, then increase gradually. Remove at night and during long crate time. Follow your veterinarian if there’s a medical diagnosis.
Can my dog run or swim with the brace/harness?
Introduce running gradually on flat ground. Swimming depends on the model-avoid prolonged soaking for metal stays or hook-and-loop heavy designs. Check the product page for “water-ready” models.
What materials do you use? Are they skin-friendly?
Material options vary by product structure, support level, intended use, target cost, and buyer requirements. Common options may include fabrics, foam padding, webbing, hook-and-loop fasteners, elastic components, plastic supports, and metal reinforcement parts.
If your market or product specification requires particular material properties, testing documents, or restricted-substance requirements, please provide the details during RFQ so that material feasibility can be reviewed before sampling.
How do I help a dog accept a new brace?
Pair short sessions with treats/praise; put on → treat → walk briefly → remove → treat. Increase duration daily if gait and skin look normal.
Post-Sales Service
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Sample availability, cost, and preparation time depend on the product type, customization scope, materials, size range, logo method, and packaging requirements. After reviewing your project details, we will confirm the sample plan and estimated timeline before proceeding.
What’s the MOQ and can we mix sizes/colors?
- Our general MOQ is 500 units.
- Whether different sizes, colors, or product variants can be combined within one order depends on the product structure, materials, logo method, packaging requirements, and production arrangement. Please include the expected quantity and size range in your RFQ for confirmation.
Do you provide private-label & packaging?
Yes. Private-label options may include logo placement, woven or printed labels, size labels, instruction inserts, retail packaging, barcodes, and outer-carton marks.
Available options depend on the product, order quantity, logo method, packaging structure, and buyer-supplied artwork. Any market-specific warning, labeling, or compliance requirement must be provided by the buyer and reviewed before sampling and bulk production.
Quality Control
What does your QC flow look like?
- Our quality review may include incoming material checks, in-process workmanship checks, size and construction review, finished-product inspection, logo and label verification, packaging checks, and pre-shipment confirmation.
- The inspection scope and acceptance requirements should be agreed according to the approved sample, product specification, order quantity, packaging instructions, and buyer-specific requirements.
Can you follow our retailer audit or QA manual?
Yes. We can adopt your checkpoints, carton drop tests, barcode formats, and pre-shipment inspection forms.
What factory certifications do you hold?
If your company or sales channel requires specific factory documents, product testing, material documentation, or market-specific compliance support, please provide the exact requirements during RFQ. We will review the feasibility based on the requested product and project scope before making any commitment.
How do you handle defects and continuous improvement?
If a quality issue is reported, we first review the affected product, order details, approved sample, photos or videos, and relevant production information.
Based on the available evidence, we will assess the issue, identify the likely cause, and discuss an appropriate corrective solution with the buyer. The handling method depends on the nature of the issue, the affected quantity, and the agreed order specifications.
